Terence has over 20 years experience in the Management of highly successful swim club operations. He started the Santa Clara Swim School in 2000. He directed the growth of the school from its initial class of 60 students and 3 Instructors to the current 2010 enrollment of 2000 students and 50 Instructors. He was Assistant Program Director at De Anza Aquatics from 1994 to 2000, during which the club increased from 1000 students to 2200. He has coached successful high school swim team programs at St Francis High School, Menlo School and Saratoga High School. He began his coaching career when he coached the Brookside Swim and Tennis Club swim team in Saratoga as summer employment while he attended college, leading Brookside to two championships. Terence graduated from Gonzaga University in 1991.
Ana has over 10 years in management and organizational experience working with one of the most successful Swim clubs in California. She started at the Santa Clara Swim club as an instructor working for the Swim School. As a Manager for the Swim school, she developed a Computerized registration system process to keep up with the rapid growth of the Swim school. She developed a pre-competitive program for all children who are passionate about the sport and want to swim recreationally, no matter what their skill level is or their age. As a Director of the Developmental Swimming Program at Santa Clara swim club, she was responsible for accounting and financial management, enrollment system, marketing/sales, and office management. Ana has a college degree in Computer science Engineering and a passion for the sport
